Yes! Our parent company, Global Tracks, Inc. carries a five million dollar Travel Agents and Tour Operators Professional Liability policy with the Berkely Insurance Agency and the Zurich American Insurance Company

Does PES offer Individual Travel Insurance?
Yes! We have designed a customized Travel Protection plan with comprehensive coverage for trip cancellation, travel interruptions and delays, emergency medical and health expenses, lost baggage and more. We are a licensed travel insurance broker and highly recommend optional trip cancellation, health, and accident insurance.

Does PES offer assistance with Visa processing?
Yes! Several destinations require that you have a visa for entry into their country. We provide you the  information you need to obtain a visa through one of the visa service companies we use or directly from the country’s embassy. We can handle all the visas for your group if you like. The visa price will vary depending on the country to which you will be traveling.

 Does PES offer Emergency Services?
Yes! We have a 24 hour emergency services before departure and while traveling. Our emergency line is available 24 hours a day. 7 days a week while your group is traveling. In the USA, Global Tracks Emergency number is Toll Free and always local in-country at each destination.
